By accessing PingBreak, you agree to be bound by these terms. PingBreak is a tool for spontaneous matching; we are not responsible for the content of your breaks or the behavior of your teammates.
2. User Conduct
Users are expected to maintain professional conduct. Pinging teammates excessively or using the platform for harassment is grounds for immediate account suspension.
3. Limitation of Liability
PingBreak is provided "as is". We are not liable for any lost productivity, missed deadlines, or robotic takeovers resulting from your spontaneous breaks.
